Ritz Carlton Resort

The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi has the best of both worlds set in between lush beautiful rainforest and the sparkling clear water of the Andaman Sea. The 5-star hotel blends Malaysian touches throughout the guest experience, featuring the island’s only overwater spa, activities that engage with the local culture, the finest dining and luxurious accommodations nestled within the ancient rainforest. AEX VBS Series was chosen as the backend equipment to supply background music throughout the resort. A juxtaposition of high-tech network based audio equipment interlaced into the 5-star nature resort. Our system provides a musical ambience to reinforce the theme and mood the hotel operator wishes the guest to indulge in. Not all areas requires the same music hence our solution’s capability of streaming different music to different locations was perfect for the job!

The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin is truly a hotel to behold with its distinctive architecture borrowing from 20th-century neoclassicism style. The hotel invokes a very natural retro classic elegance of the past that is increasingly difficult to recreate. From the architecture all the way to interior décor and fittings, everything about this hotel spells elegant class. Apart from indulging and keeping the guest pampered, this 5-star hotel had also placed an equal importance on guest safety. Hence our VEB Series Network PA System was installed as part of the hotel’s life safety system. The key function of our system was to ensure all guest could be provided with precise information in the event of an emergency. This we accomplished with careful planning and placement of speakers to ensure announcements were crystal clear with a good Speech Transmission Index (STI). A tall responsibility and AEX System is truly honored for the opportunity.

A gorgeous 5 Star hotel, AEX System is proud to have our VBS Network Business Audio Solution chosen for their premise. Our system provides the softest touch of Background music to fill areas such as the main lobby, lounge areas, All day dining and Pool area. Even more, our network audio system is utilized daily at sunset to assist in the Candle Ritual conducted at the Sofitel lobby. This is a ritual conducted in Sofitel Hotels all over the world to honor an age old custom of lighting the streets of Paris during the reign of King Louis XIV. We couldn’t be more proud to be part of this magnifique custom!
